He has over 30 years of experience in senior resource management in a comprehensive group of public and private sector organisations. Prior to setting up his own group of people development companies in 1995, Gerry was strategically responsible for employee training and development at one of Northern Ireland’s largest higher education institutions.
Gerry has extensive experience working with managers and senior managers on change management strategies and interventions, organisational development and culture building, leadership, team development and performance management. A talented mentor and teacher, his work now focuses predominantly on helping people achieve their dreams, from senior executives in a business environment to individuals seeking coaching in areas of their lives outside the workplace.
As a Master Trainer at the Tony Robbins Foundation, Gerry trains senior executives from some of the world’s most successful companies. He holds a Master’s degree in Guidance, Counseling and Psychology, and a Master’s degree in Neurolinguistic Programming.
